Bury a Goal, Bury a Pine

The 2023 season is fast approaching and we are excited to see our boys back in action.  They are well-rested, healthy, and ready to be back on the pitch to bury some goals.

Keeping in line with that, we at The Rebellion are excited to announce our season-long campaign…

Bury a Goal, Bury a Pine.  

For this season, we will be partnering up with “One Tree Planted”. This Vermont based organization is dedicated to helping with rural reforestation, both locally and globally. Since 2014, they have planted more than 40M trees across 47 countries. With the help of their partners, they are able to turn each dollar donated into a new tree.  Be sure to check out their website (www.onetreeplanted.org) to see the work they are doing!

So, what’s the tie-in? Simple! We will commit $10 for every Revolution goal scored as well as donate 50% of our profits per “Bury Me in the Pines” merch sold. Last year, our boys scored 47 goals, but the year before, we buried 62! At about a dollar a tree, that could be a pretty big forest. Especially when you consider that an acre of forest generally contains 30-50 trees! So, if our team does what we all believe they can do, we will be buried in pines at the end of this season and hopefully lifting the cup!
