"Brew-away" Games Viewing Parties
Watching Revs away games and having a few adult beverages go hand in hand. There is nothing like watching our Boys in Blue and responsibly throwing back a few cold ones or cocktails. We also know that many Rebels love local craft breweries and distilleries, which got us thinking: Why not head right to the source?
We are very excited to announce a new tradition of “Brew-away” Game viewing parties! First up, for the September 29th game vs Toronto FC, we will be at GrandTen Distilling in Boston.
GrandTen Distilling is located on Dorchester Ave, in Boston. Since 2010, they’ve produced a wide variety of spirits from gin and vodka to rum and whiskey. All products are produced in very small batches and distilled in copper. Every step, from choosing the raw ingredients to bottling and labeling, is done by hand. They offer tours and tastings (which we will definitely be taking part in) and have a great bar area with tons of cool cocktails (which will have Revolution and Rebellion names for the party). They will be bringing in a food truck or two for us that night as well.
The Revs travel to Atlanta United FC on October 6th, and for that match we’ll be at Castle Island Brewing Co, in Norwood, MA. Castle Island is dedicated to crafting the highest quality beer with purpose and without pretense. With a focus on American ales, they make offerings that are both unique and approachable.
This match kicks off at 3:30 pm, but be there at 2:30 pm for our private tour and tasting.
